To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at returns@firstmerch.net within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.
2. Refunds
Refund Eligibility
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method (either PayPal or Stripe) within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please:

3. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are only available for the same product type and depend on stock availability.
4. Shipping
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
